You can find us at Lumbini Silpa Homes LLP over at Plot No 14 in Gachibowli. This part of Hyderabad has changed so much since we first started, it’s almost hard to recognize. We spend a lot of time in the office here just managing the different home projects we have going on. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects and the workers on the ground. Some days it feels like we are just solving one problem after another, but that’s construction for you. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us in the office making sure the bills get paid and the materials show up at the site. Gachibowli is a busy hub now, so we are right in the middle of everything. We focus on building houses that people can actually live in without all the extra fluff. It’s practical work. Sometimes we get behind schedule because of the rain or a supplier issue, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been around the block a few times and know that things rarely go exactly as planned. We just keep showing up every morning at Plot 14 and doing what we can. It’s a simple setup we have here. We prefer it that way so we can focus on the actual building work rather than fancy meetings. That is the way things go around here.
