Lotus Digitech Limited

Our office is in Hyderabad, at Anandhi Jyothi Nivas. It’s Flat 104 in that building on Vengalarao Nagar. The door number is a bit long, 8-3-191/272/273. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. We work on digital tech stuff here. Usually, the rooms are full of people on laptops and wires running across the floor. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding a parking spot is almost impossible. We have a small area for lunch and the balcony has some plants that we forget to water sometimes. Hyderabad is great but the heat in Vengalarao can be tough in May. We don't have a big reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. You just walk in and someone will look up from their screen. We spend a lot of time on calls or writing code for different projects. It’s a small company and we don't have those big corporate policies. We just focus on the projects we have. Sometimes we stay late and order biryani for the whole office if we are behind on something. It’s a pretty simple way of running a business. Most of us have been friends since college. We just wanted a place to do our work in peace and this flat was a good choice for us. It feels more like a home than a regular office.
