Loiva Intech Pvt. Ltd. is based at No.-7 on 6th 'A' Main, which is in the 4th Block of Gorgunteplaya. It is an industrial kind of area, so you see a lot of warehouses and small factories around us. We do technical work here, mostly involving software and engineering bits that keep us staring at screens for a good portion of the day. The office is a simple setup with a few rooms and a lot of cables running along the floor. We aren't the type of tech company that has bean bags or a pool table. We just have our workstations and a small area where we drink coffee and talk about the projects we are stuck on. Being in Gorgunteplaya means we have to deal with some heavy traffic sometimes, but it is a good location for getting things done. We have a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. It isn't a place where you wear a suit and tie; most of us just come in in jeans and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a piece of code isn't working right or a deadline is breathing down our necks, but that is part of the job. We like the fact that we are a small operation. It makes it easier to change things when they aren't working. We just focus on the tech and try to keep our heads down and do a decent job for whoever needs us.
