Liv Properties Llp

Liv Properties Llp is based out of Khajaguda, right near the new Road Lake. Our space covers Plots 1 through 9 on Survey No. 24/A. It’s a pretty large area to keep track of, but it’s where we do all our work. Serilingampally has been growing so fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time out on the plots or in the small office area we have set up. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we manage the properties and talk to people. We don't really do the whole "big business" thing. We’re more about being on the ground and seeing how things are actually going. The lake is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us, though the roads around here are always being worked on. We’ve been dealing with property in this part of town for a bit and we’ve learned a lot about how things work here. There’s always some new challenge with the land or the permits, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one here in Khajaguda. We keep things simple and try to be clear with everyone we work with. It's just a few of us working together to keep the business moving.
