We've been up here on the third floor of Sree Nilayam in Madhapur for a while now. It’s a busy spot, right in the thick of things in Hyderabad. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs I guess. Lisotechnologies India Private Limited isn't some massive corporate giant. It’s just us, a handful of people who know how to handle technical stuff without making it overly complicated. We spend most of our mornings just getting through the inbox and figuring out what needs fixing first. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used piece of equipment in the office, besides the computers. People often drop by Plot No 14 looking for other offices in the building, but we’re the ones tucked away at the top. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything. We just have our desks, some decent monitors, and enough space to get the work done. It gets pretty loud outside during rush hour, but once we’re settled in, we don't notice it much. We deal with various tech tasks as they come. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting elsewhere. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We try to keep things moving and make sure our clients aren't left waiting. It's a straightforward way to run a business.
