It’s a well-known street and being here makes it easy for us to stay connected with what’s happening in the city. We work on landmarks, which is just a fancy way of saying we are involved in real estate and property development. We aren't a huge corporation. It’s an LLP, so it’s more of a partnership feel. We spend our time looking at land, checking titles, and figuring out what kind of buildings would fit best in different spots. The office in Banjara Hills is where we do all the thinking and meeting. It’s usually got a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. We don't really do the whole polished sales pitch thing. We'd rather just show people what we are working on and let the work speak for itself. Road Number 10 is always buzzing, which gives the office a lot of energy. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other business. Some projects take longer than expected and others surprise us by finishing early. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in this trade for a while now and know the local market pretty well. We just try to stay honest about what can be done. It’s a practical business for us.
