LEPROGRES CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Located at Kavuri Hills. We spend most of our time here in Madhapur. It’s a busy spot near Guttala Begumpet. The office is on the 3rd floor. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. Most of us have been around construction for a while. We show up, look at blueprints, and talk to contractors. It’s not fancy work, but it fills the day. We’ve got some files stacked up in the corner and a coffee machine that mostly works. People drop by to ask about plots or how the building work is going. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic, especially in the afternoons. Madhapur has changed a lot since we started out. There are new buildings everywhere you look now. We keep our schedules on a big whiteboard that needs a good cleaning. Most days are spent on the phone or driving out to see how things are looking on-site. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us here making sure the measurements are right and the materials arrive when they should. If you come by the Kavuri Hills office, you’ll probably see us buried under some paperwork or arguing about where the plumbing should go. It’s just how we do things. We have some water bottles on the table for guests.
