LEONARDDAASARP CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We run Leonarddaasarp Constructions (OPC) Private Limited from our spot at D/W 49-55-12 in APSEB Colony. It is over in Viduth Nagar, Akkayyapalem. Living and working in Visakhapatnam means dealing with the humidity, but we are used to it. The office is tucked away in the colony, which is actually quite nice because it is not too noisy. We do construction work, mostly small to mid-sized things. Being an OPC means it is a tight-run ship. I handle a lot of the day-to-day decisions myself. Sometimes my brother comes by to help with the heavy equipment. We have been at this address for a while now. The people around APSEB Colony know us. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the city, just trying to do the jobs that come our way. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually clean the desk. We keep our tools ready and our truck parked out front. Getting materials delivered to Viduth Nagar can be a bit of a squeeze for the big lorries, but we make it work. It is a lot of physical labor and checking over plans until our eyes hurt. It is honest work. We do not have a glossy brochure or anything like that. Just us in Akkayyapalem, doing what needs doing with cement and steel.
