We’ve set up Learntech Software Solutions Llp here because the space worked for what we needed. Rajendra Nagar is a part of town that’s seen a lot of changes lately. Our day usually starts pretty early. We handle a lot of software-related stuff, mostly focusing on learning tools and systems. The office itself is pretty functional. There are a lot of desks pushed together and wires running along the floor in some places. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where people actually work. We have a small kitchen area where we eat lunch together most days. It’s a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but it’s better than sitting in silence. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules about what people wear or how they sit. As long as the software gets built and the bugs get fixed, everyone is happy. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up. It gets dark outside and the street lights come on, and we’re still here finishing things. It’s just a normal workplace for a group of people who know their way around a computer and like to get things finished.
