We are located at 195/3 Detention Barracks in the Trimulgherry part of Secunderabad. It is an interesting spot with some history behind the name. Lead Skills Consultancy is where we focus on training and helping people get their head around new things. The building itself is straightforward, not one of those glass towers. We have a few rooms set up for our sessions. On a typical day, you’ll find us prepping materials or talking to someone about what they need to learn. The vibe in Trimulgherry is different from the main city; it feels more grounded. We usually start the day with a quick chat about the schedule. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a mess, but we show up anyway. We don't spend money on big decorations. We’d rather just have good light and enough space for everyone to sit. It gets noisy when a lot of people are here, but that’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working in consultancy for a while, so we don't get flustered easily. We take our tea breaks seriously, usually standing outside for a few minutes to catch some air. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We have been in this location for a long time now and we know the neighborhood well, from the best places for a quick bite to which roads to avoid.
