Our office is in Flat 202 at KKR Square. It’s a building located on plots 5, 6, 15, and 16 in Kavuri Hills, Shaikpet. Kavuri Hills is a hilly area, as the name says, and it’s become quite a popular spot for offices lately. We are on the second floor. It’s a decent space, enough for our team to sit and work through the daily tasks. We deal with infraprojects across India, but this is where we do all the planning. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just shirts and jeans. There’s a lot of talk about timelines and materials. KKR Square is a recognizable building in the area. We’ve been here for a few years now. The neighborhood has a lot of cafes and small eateries, which is nice for a quick break. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get the work done right so we can go home to our families. Shaikpet is a busy part of Hyderabad, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. But once we’re in, we just get to work. We’re a straightforward group of people. No fluff, just hard work. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by stacks of files and blueprints. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
