We are located at WeWork Krishe Emerald in Laxmi Cyber City, which is part of the Kondapur area. Specifically, our spot is WE-IN 40953 on Sy.11 in Serlingampally. Working in a shared space like this means there is always a lot of activity around us. Lbr Technology is just one of many teams here, but we keep to our own section and focus on our specific tech projects. It’s a modern building, but our actual daily life is pretty standard. We sit at our assigned desks, use the shared kitchen for coffee, and spend most of the day on our computers. The Kondapur area is quite busy, so there’s always somewhere to go for food after work. We deal with various technical services and development tasks. Since it’s a co-working environment, the vibe is a bit more energetic than a traditional standalone office. We don't have to worry about maintenance much, so we can just focus on the technical work at hand. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between team members when we are trying to troubleshoot a bug or plan out a new piece of software. It’s an honest way to work, surrounded by other people doing similar things. We don't use any fancy titles or have complex hierarchies. We just come in, find our desks, and get to work on whatever is currently on the schedule. It is a straightforward way to run a tech business.
