Layer7 Solutions operates out of the 4th floor of NK Towers, which is located at Plot No.30 in Madhapur. Since we are in the 500081 zip code, we are right in the middle of Hyderabad’s main tech hub. It can get pretty hectic around here with all the traffic and people moving about, but our floor stays fairly focused. We have a decent view from the windows, which helps when you’ve been staring at a screen for four hours straight. Our work mostly involves technical solutions and backend management. There are rows of desks and a lot of humming from the hardware we keep running. It’s a plain office environment where the priority is finishing the tasks on the list. We don't have any flashy marketing teams or big slogans. It’s just us, some reliable internet, and a lot of technical problems to solve. Sometimes the work is repetitive, like testing the same thing over and over, but that’s just how this industry goes. We have a mix of experienced people and some newer faces, and we all just get on with it. The atmosphere is casual, and people usually wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want to make sure the technical work we do is solid and finished on time. We just keep our heads down and get through the week.
