LAVYANSH AGASTYA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Lavyansh Agastya is based out of Ramanthapur, right near the Mee Seva in RTC Colony. Our address is a bit of a string of numbers, 3 10 20/88/B, but once you find the Mee Seva, we aren't hard to spot. We’re an LLP, which is just a legal way of saying we’re partners in this construction business. Ramanthapur is a busy place, and we like being in the middle of it. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to local building projects. It’s mostly just us and a few regular crews we trust. We don't spend much time in the office because there's always something to fix or check on at a site. The sun can be pretty brutal in Hyderabad, but that's part of the trade. We try to keep our talk plain and simple. No big promises, just showing up and doing the work. People come to us when they need something built because they know we live and work right here. It’s not fancy, and we don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain what needs to be done and how much the materials are going to cost. It’s about getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak. We’ve been around RTC Colony for a while now and know how things are done here in this part of town.
