Our place is at Plot No. 32 in Sai Enclave, which is right on Road No. 32 in Banjara Hills. People hear Banjara Hills and think it’s going to be some massive, gleaming glass office, but we are much more low-key than that. Sai Enclave is a decent spot, but the traffic on Road 32 can be a nightmare during rush hour. We spend a lot of our time just dealing with the logistics of getting things delivered. Inside, the space is filled with racks of clothes and fabric samples. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the whole team is in. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but it’s usually buried under swatches and patterns. We’ve been working out of this plot for a bit now, and while the address sounds posh, the reality is just a lot of hard work and late nights. The air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound sometimes, but it keeps us cool while we work. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing here. Everyone just chips in where they can, whether it's checking the stitching or packing up boxes for shipping. It’s a busy environment, and things can get a little messy when we have a big deadline. We just focus on the clothes and try to make sure everything looks right before it goes out the door. It is just how we do things.
