Our office is located at H.No B-341 in Greenpark Colony, right in the Champapet area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which makes coming to work every morning feel pretty grounded. We’ve been set up as Lascol Technologies for a while now, focusing on the technical side of things. There’s no huge lobby or fancy signage, just our workspace where we get down to the actual tasks. Most of the time, the team is busy looking at monitors, discussing how to handle certain tech requests, and keeping track of various project deadlines. Being in Rangareddi district gives us a decent spot to work from without being right in the middle of the heavy city traffic every single day. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to chat when we need to collaborate on something. It’s usually quiet enough to concentrate, though the neighborhood sounds drift in occasionally. We handle various technology-related jobs, mostly involving software and system management. It’s practical work. We don’t spend time on long meetings that go nowhere; we just try to solve the technical issues that come across our desks. Everyone here has their own way of working, but we all end up in the same place by the end of the day, making sure the work is finished and the systems are running as they should be. It is just a simple operation.
