Landsky Engineering and Infrastructures Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 36 in Gruhalakshmi Colony. We’re over in Karkhana, Secunderabad. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the rest of the city, which is nice when we need to focus on engineering plans. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for years. The office is basically just a room full of maps, drawings, and old survey equipment. We don't spend much on decor because we’re usually out in the field anyway. Engineering and infrastructure work is basically just problem-solving all day long. One day we're looking at drainage, the next it’s a road or a foundation. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take longer because of the soil, we say so. Karkhana is a good home for us. We like being tucked away in Gruhalakshmi Colony. It feels more like a community than a business district. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the builds are safe. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of mud and sweat involved, but we’re used to it. We just do our jobs and try to get home at a decent hour. It's a simple life, mostly spent looking at structures and figuring out how to make them better.
