Landmark Group-Splash Concept is over in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. You can find us at No 75 in Jal Vayu Vihar. It’s a well-known area, so most people don’t have much trouble finding the place. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well. We handle the Splash Concept stuff from here, which keeps us pretty active. There is always someone coming or going. The office isn't very big, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We just pile things up and try to keep a path clear. We don't have any of those modern open-plan designs. It's just rooms with desks and a lot of work to do. Hyderabad gets really hot in the summer, so the AC is usually running full blast, making a lot of noise. We mostly just focus on our daily routine. It’s not about being the biggest or the most polished; it’s just about doing the work right. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the traffic or the weather. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any big corporate mission written on the wall. We just show up, do what’s needed, and head home. It’s a practical place for people who just want to work without any extra fuss or unnecessary meetings.
