You can find us at 99 Lanco Hills Road, over in the Manikonda Jagir area of Telangana. It’s quite a large site here at Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt. Ltd. We deal with the buildings and the tech spaces that a lot of companies use. The area has changed a lot lately, with more people moving into Shivapuri Colony and the surrounding spots like Muppas Panchavati. We spend our time managing the property, making sure the lights stay on and the offices are in good shape for the people working there. It’s a lot of maintenance and talking to contractors. Sometimes the weather in Telangana gets really hot, and that puts a strain on the cooling systems. We have a lot of different blocks and roads to look after. It’s not just about computers; it’s about the actual physical space where people do their jobs. Our office is right on the grounds, so we are always around if something needs fixing. We aren't some distant corporate entity; we are the folks on-site every day. There’s a lot of walking involved in checking the perimeter and the different floors. We see a lot of IT professionals coming and going at all hours. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it orderly. We just focus on keeping the park running so everyone else can do their work without any interruptions.
