Lambros Developers Llp is out in Nanakramguda, which is part of the Serilingampally area. Our office is situated at Survey Number 55/E. This part of Ranga Reddy has changed so much over the last few years with all the high-rises and tech parks going up. We are right in the middle of all that action. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of project files stacked up in the corners. It is a functional space for us to meet and plan out our development work. Nanakramguda can get very congested during the morning and evening, so we try to time our site visits accordingly. It is a dusty area because of all the ongoing construction around us, so we are always cleaning the windows. We are not a big corporate firm with a lot of layers and middle management. It is just a few of us who know the business well. We spend our days looking at land records, talking to engineers, and trying to stay on top of the schedule. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that here. If someone stops by, they will probably find us hunched over a laptop or on a call with a supplier. We like the energy of Serilingampally and the fact that we are right where the growth is happening. It is just steady, everyday work for us, and we are happy to be doing it in this neighborhood.
