We’ve been operating Lalithambha Infracons Private Limited out of this part of Medchal for a while now. It’s a growing area, and there is always some new construction going on nearby, which is good for us. The office itself is just a regular flat where we meet up to discuss our latest building projects. It’s usually a bit messy with rolled-up drawings and samples of tiles or bricks laying around. We don't worry too much about keeping it spotless because we are mostly out in the field anyway. Pragati Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with more houses and shops popping up every year. We like being part of that growth. Our team is a small group of folks who have been in the construction game for years. We’ve learned that the best way to get things done is to just be honest about the costs and the time it takes. Sometimes there are delays with the permits or the materials don't show up on time, and we just have to deal with it. We don't use any fancy talk to cover up problems. We just tell people what’s happening and then we work on fixing it. It’s just how we are.
