LAKSHMI SRIKARA PROJECTS LLP

We operate out of Villa Number 78 in the Vesella Villas complex over in Sriram Nagar. Being in Serilingampally puts us in a good spot for the type of project work we do around Hyderabad. Lakshmi Srikara Projects is a small outfit, just a few of us trying to keep everything on track. The office is basically part of the villa, so it has a very different feel than a downtown high-rise. It's quiet mostly, except when we are arguing over a project schedule. We handle a variety of tasks related to land and building projects. It involves a lot of back and forth with different contractors. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times they don't, which is just how this business is. We use simple tools and keep our overhead low. There isn't any big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is closest just does it. We have been in the Telangana area for some time now and seen it grow a lot. Our focus is just on getting the current job finished so we can move to the next one. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone. It's just honest work. We don't see the need for a big marketing department. We just rely on doing what we said we would do. The villa setup works for us because it's comfortable and lets us get on with things without distractions.
