LAKSHMI PRUTHVY CONSTRUCTIONS AND CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small team works out of Flat No. 202 at Origins Homes, which is in the PJR Enclave area. Being located up in Madhavapuri Hills, we have a pretty decent view of the neighborhood while we work on our various construction plans and drawings. We handle a mix of the actual building work and some consulting on the side for people who aren't sure how to start their projects. It's mostly just us sitting around a wooden table figuring out how to make a project work without spending too much money. Construction is a messy, loud business, and we've all had our fair share of very long days spent on dusty sites. This office is where we go to get out of the sun and get the paperwork sorted out. We aren't a huge firm, so you usually end up talking to the same two or three people every single time you call or stop by. It makes things a lot easier for everyone, I think. We don't have any of those polished brochures or a big marketing team. Just a lot of real-world experience with cement, steel, and managing laborers. Sometimes things go wrong on a site—the weather turns bad or a delivery truck breaks down in the middle of the road—and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We try to be very practical about every job we take on. If a design won't work in real life, we just say it straight. It is easier that way.
