Our office is over in Banjara Hills, specifically at Huda Heights in M.L.A Colony. Lakshmi Nilaya Builders Llp has been based here at Plot No. 57/B for some time now. It's a decent area of Hyderabad, though parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. We spend most of our time dealing with the building side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites across the city. Being in 500034 puts us right in the middle of things. We don't have a big team of marketing people writing stuff for us. We just focus on the actual work. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are delays with supplies. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We like being part of the local scene here in Hyderabad. It's a busy place but we’ve found our rhythm. Our setup at Lakshmi Nilaya is pretty straightforward. We don't go in for anything too flashy. The address is easy enough to find if you know the M.L.A Colony area. Most of the time, we are out on site or sitting at the desk sorting out plans. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve built a life around these projects and this office. It’s just us doing what we can to keep the business moving forward one day at a time. It isn't always glamorous, but it is real work.
