Kwality Ice Creams

Kwality Ice Creams is located at B3 in the Cooperative Ie area of Bala Nagar. It’s an industrial estate, so there are a lot of other businesses around us. We’ve been in this specific unit for a long time. It’s not a shop where you come to sit down and eat. It’s more of a production space. We spend our days mixing and freezing. Bala Nagar is a busy part of town, especially around the Cooperative Ie. You see a lot of people moving goods back and forth. Our unit, B3, is where all the work happens. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the freezers, but we make it work. We aren't interested in being a big fancy brand with billboards. We just focus on making the ice cream here. The staff has been with us for a while. We know the machines and we know how the temperature needs to stay. It gets busy in the summers, obviously. Everyone wants something cold then. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you find yourself in Bala Nagar near the industrial estate, that’s where we are. It’s just a plain building with a lot of cold stuff inside. We've got our routine down and we stick to it every day of the week. It's a lot of manual labor, but we've grown used to it over the years. We just keep things moving.
