Kushal Avenue Llp

We are located over on the third floor of the Legend Magestic Apartments in Barkatpura. It’s Flat No-3C, and honestly, the building is pretty easy to find once you’re in the area. Kushal Avenue Llp has been operating out of this space in Hyderabad for a while. The 500027 pin code is a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside. Inside the office, it’s a lot quieter. We have our files organized, or at least we try to, and there is usually a pot of coffee going somewhere. We deal with real estate and avenue planning, which means we spend a lot of time on the computer or out visiting different spots around the city. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll probably just walk in and see one of us at a desk. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, but that’s just part of life in an older apartment block. We like being in Barkatpura because it feels like the heart of the community. We see the same people at the tea stall every morning. Our work is straightforward. We look at land, we talk to owners, and we try to figure out the best way to move forward with a project. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we know how to do. Most of our days are spent just making sure the numbers and the plots match up.
