Total It Dot Com is our small tech shop located right in the Kukatpally Housing Board Colony. If you live around KPHB, you know how crowded and lively the housing board area is. We set up here because there are so many people and offices that always have computer problems. We handle a bit of everything, from fixing broken laptops to helping people get their internet working right. It is not a shiny corporate IT park office. It is a practical space where there are usually cables and computer parts laying around on the benches. We spend our time troubleshooting software or replacing screens that people dropped. Sometimes it is just a simple fix, and other times we have to spend hours figuring out why a machine won't start. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People mostly find us by walking past the shop or because their cousin told them we could fix their PC. We like it that way. It is more personal when you can just talk to the person actually doing the repair. The colony is a good place to be, and we have met a lot of regulars over the years. We just try to give people honest advice about their gadgets without using too much technical talk. It gets busy on weekends, but we keep at it.
