We call the business Innovative Upvc Window And Door Solutions, and we work out of Plot No. 203 in the Bvk Praneetha Residency, right on Nizampet Road in Kukatpally. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of new buildings going up. We handle UPVC windows and doors for the apartments and houses around here. It’s mostly measuring, cutting frames, and fitting them into place. The shop isn't much to look at, just full of white plastic profiles, glass sheets, and tools. We spend most of our time at different sites rather than sitting in the office. Kukatpally is always dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the tracks after we install them. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people find us because they see our truck parked outside a neighbor's house. It’s loud work with the drills and saws, but we try to get it done quickly so we don't bother the residents too much. Sometimes the glass breaks in transport and we have to start over, which is frustrating, but it happens. We just want the doors to shut right and the windows to keep the rain out. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad. We just want to finish the job at Plot 203 or wherever the next call takes us. It’s just me and a couple of helpers trying to stay busy and make ends meet every month.
