You can find Ksheera Lakshmi Estates in the Central View Apartments over in Domalguda. We’re in unit 201. It’s an older part of Hyderabad compared to the new glass buildings out west, but we like the character of the neighborhood. The apartment building where we have our office is a bit quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on estate planning and management. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of our work comes from people in the surrounding area who know us. It’s a small operation, just a few desks and some comfortable chairs for when people come in to talk. We don’t have any slick brochures or anything like that. We just talk through the details of the estates we handle. Domalguda is a central spot, so it’s easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need to check on a property or file something at the government offices. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We deal with a lot of land documents and tax papers, which can be tedious, but it’s what we do. It’s a steady pace here, and we prefer it that way. We aren't in a rush to grow too big or lose that personal touch.
