Krishna Jampani

Krishna Jampani is based out of Netaji Nagar in the Erragadda area of Hyderabad. The address is 8-4-549/285, and it belongs to Rahamullaiah Khan, where I set things up. It is a local operation through and through. I don't have a team of managers or a big HR department. It’s mostly just me looking after things and making sure everything is in order. Being in Erragadda means we are close to the heart of the city, which is useful. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where work gets done. I try to keep my overhead low, so I don't have to charge people crazy amounts for what I do. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the files and notes scattered around, but I know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know me by name. I think it is better that way than being some faceless company. I've lived in Hyderabad for a long time and understand how people here like to do business. No nonsense, just straight talk. If you come by, you'll see it’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We do the work we can and try to stay out of trouble. It takes a lot of time to get everything right, but I don't mind the long hours at all.
