If you are looking for Krichi Builders Llp, we are located in Hydernagar, which is part of the Kukatpally area. Our office is in the Swapna Sky Deck Apartment building, Flat No 207. It’s in a spot called Jai Bharat Nagar. Being in an apartment building means it doesn't feel like a typical sterile office environment. It’s more of a lived-in space where we can focus on our building projects. We are on the second floor of Swapna Sky Deck. The area around Jai Bharat Nagar is mostly residential with some small shops nearby. It’s a decent place to be based because it is away from the main road noise of Kukatpally but still close enough to get anywhere quickly. We don’t have a massive staff or a huge reception area. It’s just us in Flat 207, working through our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. The office is simple and functional. We didn’t see the need for a fancy setup when all we really need is a good space to think and work. Sometimes the building gets a bit busy with other residents, but it’s generally a good place to get things done. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for the type of building work we do. It’s just a normal office for normal people doing their jobs every day. We keep our work and office very simple here.
