K.Raheja Corp. Mind Space

K.Raheja Corp. Mind Space operates out of a house-turned-office at H.No: 58/B in Vengalarao Nagar. We are right in the S.R. Nagar area of Hyderabad, which is a place that’s always buzzing with people and small businesses. Our setup is pretty straightforward. Since we are in a residential-style building, it feels a bit more comfortable than a cold office block. We’ve got the standard office stuff—desks, chairs, a couple of printers that sometimes act up, and plenty of files. The area around Vengalarao Nagar is quite busy, so there’s always the sound of bikes and cars outside. We do a lot of our project management and coordination from here. It’s not a place for big fancy meetings; it’s where we actually do the grind. We’ve been at this 500038 address for a long time, and we like the neighborhood. There are plenty of small places to grab a bite nearby, which is good because we often work late. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just talk about the work that needs finishing and the problems we need to solve. It’s a grounded, local office where everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their coffee. It’s just us doing our thing in Hyderabad. There's usually a stray cat that hangs around the gate, and the afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, making it a bit warm in the lobby during the summer months.
