Kr Otis It Solutions Private Limited is based out of Villa Number 8 in the 13th Phase of Indu Fortunefields. This is in KPHB, Kukatpally. Working out of a villa is definitely different than being in a high-rise. It gives us a bit more room to breathe and feels more personal. The villa has a few different floors, so we’ve split our work areas across them. It’s a quiet gated community, so we don't get much noise from the main roads of Kukatpally, which is a big plus. We have a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit during lunch. The office inside is practical. We have our servers and workstations set up in the main rooms. It’s not a polished corporate environment. You might see some spare cables lying around or boxes that haven't been put away yet. We’re more concerned with getting our IT work done than having a perfect-looking office. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so the vibe is pretty casual. We wear comfortable clothes and don't worry about formalities. Living and working in KPHB means everything we need is close by, from shops to places to eat. It’s a solid, comfortable base for our business. We just come in, do our work, and head home like anyone else. It’s a good, honest way to run a tech company.
