Koyyada Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is based out in Shameerpet, specifically over in NTR Colony in the Ambedkarnagar area. We are located near Survey Number 242. It’s a bit further out from the main city buzz, which we actually prefer most days. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller, more personal setup. We don’t have dozens of managers or a massive HR department. It’s just us focusing on construction work. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the files and meet up before heading out to the sites. Shameerpet is a nice area, though it’s growing fast lately. We see new things popping up all the time. Our day usually starts early because construction doesn’t wait for anyone. We spend a lot of time on the ground, making sure things are moving as they should. It’s hard work and the weather can be tough sometimes, but we’re used to the heat and the dust. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and get home. It’s a practical way of living. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or material issues, which is just part of the business. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished presentations. If you come by, you'll see us just as we are, probably covered in a bit of dirt from a site visit. That’s just the nature of what we do here in this part of Telangana. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
