We run Kovelam Solutions out of Flat No. 710 in La Gardenia Apartments. Being in Miyapur is convenient for us since it's a well-connected part of Hyderabad. The apartment complex is quite large, so we’re tucked away on the seventh floor where it’s a bit quieter. It’s a simple setup—a few desks, plenty of computers, and some very tired office chairs. We didn't want a fancy office in a glass building because that’s just not our style. We started this company because we wanted to work on software projects on our own terms. Most of us have been in the tech industry for a while and we grew tired of the usual corporate grind. Now, we just focus on the tasks at hand without many meetings or layers of management. Sometimes we work late into the night when we're trying to solve a bug, and the view from the balcony helps a bit. The neighborhood around La Gardenia has plenty of spots to grab a quick bite, which is good because none of us are great at packing lunch. We’ve built a small client base mostly through people we used to work with in the past. It’s a low-key operation and we prefer it that way. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get fixed by the end of the week.
