Kotla Tech Private Limited

Kotla Tech Private Limited is located at Swamy Kumari Nilayam in Kismatpur. It is Plot No 1, right at the corner. We have been here for a while now. The building is a regular house that we have converted into our working space. It has got a bit of a garden in the front, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. We do tech work, mostly software and systems. It is a small group of us. We did not want a corporate office in a high-rise. This feels more grounded. Kismatpur is a growing area, so things are always changing around us. Inside, it is pretty casual. We have our computers set up and a table for meetings that usually ends up covered in papers and half-empty water bottles. We do not have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just take on the jobs that come in and try to do them right. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to fix them. That is just part of the deal. We know each other well, so the atmosphere is relaxed. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just say we work in tech. It is an honest living. If you are ever around Plot 1, you might see us coming and going. It is just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best.
