Kotak Securities Ltd

We’ve been running Kotak Securities Ltd here in Masab Tank for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right by the Km Hostel. It’s a busy area and we keep things pretty simple. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the hostel and you'll find us easily enough. We handle stock market stuff and accounts, basically helping folks figure out their money things. It isn't always quiet in here, especially when the market is moving fast, but we try to keep things organized. I’ve lived in Hyderabad most of my life and worked in finance for a long stretch of it. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and computers where we get the work done. Some days are more hectic than others, depending on how the stocks are doing. We mostly deal with locals from around the tank area and some students or staff from nearby. If you need to drop by, we're usually here during the standard hours, unless something comes up. It’s just how things go in a small office. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we sit down and look at numbers. Dealing with investments can be confusing for a lot of people, so we just try to explain things in plain words. It's a small team here, so we usually recognize the faces that come through the door.
