Our office is located in the Vaisali Hal Housing Complex over in Venkatadri Hills. It’s on G R Road in the Jeedimetla area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a climb up the hills, but it’s a good spot. We are at 32 140. Working in a housing complex means we are right where people live. We handle life insurance for the local community. It’s a steady job with plenty of paperwork to keep us busy. The area is growing quite a bit, so we see new faces all the time. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down with people and go through their documents. We have a lot of files to keep track of. Usually, we have the radio on low or just the sound of the ceiling fan. Hyderabad summers are no joke, so we try to stay cool inside. People stop by to pay their premiums or ask about new plans. We explain things in plain English or the local language, whichever is easier. It feels like a real community office. We know the security guards and the folks at the nearby shops. It’s a decent place to spend the day getting work done. We don't worry about being a big corporate branch. We just focus on the people who walk through our door and their specific needs. It works for us. Getting through the daily tasks keeps us on our toes.
