Konsolute India Private Limited

We are based out of Flat C308 in the Mahindra Ashvita Residency over in Hafeezpet. Konsolute India Private Limited is essentially a small operation. Working from a residential complex like this has its perks, mainly because it feels less stressful than a downtown office. We have got our desks set up in the main room. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the cables and monitors, but it gets the job done. We do not go in for fancy presentations or marketing talk. We just look at what needs doing and try to finish it on time. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. Hafeezpet is a busy area, but once you get inside the residency, it is fairly peaceful. We mostly handle consulting and technical stuff. It is not always easy, and some projects definitely give us a headache. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. There isn't much of a hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes we order lunch together and just chat about things that aren't work-related. It is a practical way to run things. We are not looking to change the world, just trying to provide what our clients ask for. If you come by, you will likely see us hunched over our laptops. That is just how it is. It is a modest setup but it suits us well enough for now.
