I'm sitting here at 16-2-146/24/9 in Dayanand Nagar, which is tucked away in Malakpet. People in Hyderabad know how busy this side of town gets. My name is Konjetilaxmiharika, and this is just where I handle things. It’s not some big glass building with a receptionist. It’s more of a place where you can hear the traffic and the neighbors talking. I’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the short cuts, but honestly, the 500036 area is always a bit of a maze if you aren't from here. The address is a handful to write down, I know. Every time I have to give it to a delivery person, I have to repeat the house number a few times because of all the slashes. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy posters on the walls or a big logo at the entrance. It’s just us. The weather has been pretty hot lately, which makes the commute around Malakpet even more of a chore, but we stay inside and keep at it. There’s a tea stall not too far from the corner that makes the day easier. You get used to the rhythm of the street after a while. It’s just a normal spot in a normal neighborhood, and that’s how we like it. Nothing too complicated, just showing up every day and getting the work done without making a big fuss about it.
