Sparkinfosys

Sparkinfosys is located in Flat No. 105 of the Udaya Vensar Apartment, right over in Kondapur next to the Tcse-Park Lane. It’s basically an apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. This means it feels a lot more like a home than a regular office, which we actually prefer. We have our computers set up in the main rooms, and there’s always a pot of coffee going in the kitchen area. Being in Kondapur means we are close to a lot of other tech stuff, but our little flat stays pretty quiet. We spend a lot of time coding or fixing bugs, often sitting in the same chairs for hours at a stretch. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the lane to get some air. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the apartment number. People usually come by only if they have an appointment. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here; we just sit around and figure things out together. The light in the flat is good in the mornings, which helps us get started. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and keep the bills paid. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We might get a bit loud during lunch when we’re all in the kitchen, but otherwise, it’s a calm place.
