Our office is tucked away in the Red Hills area of Hyderabad, right near the Municipal Play Ground. The address is 11 5 253. It’s a pretty central spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. You can often hear kids playing or people shouting from the playground nearby. It’s a lively atmosphere. Kollate Solutions Llp is a small operation. We don’t have a massive team or a skyscraper office. It’s just a simple space where we can focus on our work. We mostly deal with technical solutions and troubleshooting for our clients. Some days we are really busy with phone calls, and other days it’s just the sound of typing. We have a small table where we sit and eat our lunch together. We don't have any fancy vending machines, just a fridge and a kettle for tea. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers fairly well. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don't put on any acts or try to seem bigger than we are. We just do the work we’re given and try to do it right. There’s no big marketing team here. It’s just us, working through the daily list of things to do. We like the honesty of a small business setup.
