Our office is located over in Vinayaka Residency on Nizampet Road. If you're coming through Kukatpally, you probably know how the traffic can get around here, but it's home for us. We're in Flat 102, which is a decent little space for the kind of tech work we do at Knr&P Technologies. We moved in a while back and have just been plugging away at various projects since then. It’s not a huge setup, just a group of us working on computers and trying to make things work for our clients. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day, which helps when we need to concentrate on difficult coding problems. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask what we're actually doing in here. We explain it’s just technology stuff, mostly software and systems. We started this because we liked solving problems and thought we could make a living out of it in this part of Hyderabad. It’s a straightforward operation without any big bells or whistles. We keep the kettle going and stay late when a project is due. There’s no big reception desk or anything, just desks and chairs and us. We’ve found that being in a place like Vinayaka Residency keeps our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual work. It’s a practical way to run a business and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of life on Nizampet Road.
