KNR Infra Developers Private Limited is based out of Sarayu Sedan in KPHB Phase VI. We are specifically on the sixth floor, Plot No. 602, HIG 106-107. KPHB is a very busy area of Hyderabad, and it seems like something is always happening outside our windows. We have been working from this office for a while, dealing with various developer tasks. It’s a standard office setup in a building with other businesses around us. The 500072 area is well-known for being a hub of activity. We spend most of our mornings going through files and talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The Sarayu Sedan building is easy enough to spot if you are in the VI Phase. We have our routine here. Usually, someone is always checking on a project or heading out to a site. We handle the development side of things, which involves a lot of paperwork and checking on progress. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that’s just how it goes in these buildings. Being an infra developer in a city like Hyderabad means there is never a dull moment. We just try to keep things organized and make sure our projects are moving forward. No one here is trying to be a corporate giant. We are just a local team doing the work that needs to be done every day. We stay busy with the files and the site visits.
