KLN Developers Private Limited is situated at S Y No.155, 157P, and 158P in Gundlapochampally. This is over in the Medchal area near Secunderabad. It’s quite a way out in Rangareddi, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of Hyderabad. We have a good amount of space here, which is helpful for our development projects. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional building where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We spend a lot of our time looking over land documents and making sure everything is in order. Gundlapochampally is an interesting area because you still see some greenery, but there’s a lot of new construction happening everywhere you look. We usually start our day with a bit of a drive to get here. Once we are in, it’s mostly about managing the logistics. We don't have any big corporate policies or a polished handbook. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The afternoons can be slow if there isn't much moving on the sites, but usually, there is plenty to keep us busy. We have a small kitchen area for tea and some biscuits. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office; we just want to do our jobs right.
