Kila Industries. We’re located at Plot No 2 in Madhura Nagar. It’s a simple spot, but it works for what we do. Being an industrial company, our day-to-day isn't about sitting in fancy chairs; it’s about making sure the production side of things is running like it should. The office is right there on the plot, so we can see everything that’s happening. It’s often noisy, and there’s always a bit of a smell of machinery and metal in the air, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been in Madhura Nagar for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners nearby. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. Our team is pretty small, and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest does it. We don't spend much money on advertising because we mostly get work through people we know or folks who see us working. It’s a practical way to live. We just keep our heads down and focus on the output. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a good, solid industry that provides for our families and keeps the local economy moving a little bit. It's how we've always operated and it seems to work for us.
