Kiewit Constructions Private Limited

Kiewit Constructions Private Limited is based on the second floor at 8-2-703/5, Road No.12 in Banjara Hills. It is a pretty central location in Hyderabad, which makes it easier for us to get around to different parts of the city. We have been in this office for a while. It is not a huge place, but it works for us. We have our desks pushed together and there are usually maps or blueprints pinned to the walls. We don't go in for much decoration. Construction is what we know, so that is where we spend our energy. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or making sure the supplies are arriving when they should. Banjara Hills is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise outside our windows. We have a small group working here and we have all been together for quite some time. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the things we build are solid and that the people we work for are satisfied. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we are close to finishing a project. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. It is a simple way of doing business, but it has served us well so far. We just show up and do the work. It is not always perfect, but we try our best to get everything right.
