KHS Constructions Private Limited. Our office is at No.811 11/3, right on the line near the SKBM School. It is in the Agraharam area, close to the Collectorate. Being near a school means there is a lot of noise during the day—kids playing, bells ringing, and parents dropping off their children. It gives the place a lot of energy. We are a private limited company focused on building things. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for the files, and a lot of pens that never seem to work when you need them. Because we are near the Collectorate, we often have to run over there for permits or to drop off documents. It is a lot of walking back and forth in the sun. The Agraharam neighborhood has a lot of history, and we like being part of it. We are not doing anything revolutionary; we just build structures and try to do it the right way. There is always some problem to solve, like a late delivery or a mistake on a drawing, but that is just construction for you. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking about how to get things done faster. It is a small operation, but we stay busy and we know our neighbors. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to build a decent reputation by doing solid work. The walk to the Collectorate is short, but it feels long in the summer.
