You can find Khandelwal Brothers right on the Main Road in Erraguda, at Office Number 8-3-166 A. Since we’re on the main road, there’s always a lot of noise and people passing by our door. It’s a lively spot to be in. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the different aspects of the business. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and samples we keep around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been part of the Erraguda community for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we’ve kept our way of doing things pretty much the same. It’s a family-oriented vibe here, even if we aren't all related. We sit at our desks, drink plenty of tea, and talk to whoever walks through the door. There isn't a lot of formality. If someone needs something, they just ask, and we see if we can help them out. We don’t go in for big advertisements or slogans. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been at this address for years and people know we’re here. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. We spend our days coordinating between suppliers and customers, making sure the daily log is updated. It’s a practical, everyday sort of life on the Erraguda Main Road.
