KERATAM PROJECTS LLP

Keratam Projects LLP operates out of Flat No 101 in the Manodwar Srivyshnavi Residence, located at 3-6-601/1 and 4 in Himayathnagar. Being in an apartment building for an office means it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile workspace. We like it that way. Hyderabad can be a loud city, but Himayathnagar has its own rhythm. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve some kind of troubleshooting. Projects always have little issues that pop up, like a delay in paperwork or a misunderstanding with a contractor. We just sit around the table and figure it out. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just take on work and try to see it through to the end. The office doesn't have much in the way of decoration, just some maps and calendars. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which isn't great in the heat. But it’s a good location for us. We can get to most parts of Telangana from here without too much trouble. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If people need us, they usually have our number or they come to the flat. It’s a simple, honest way of doing things, and we’ve been here for a while.
